Emma is now 3 weeks old, and we're settling in to being a family of four - saying things like "shall we take the kids..." will still have some novelty for a while though.

Emma is still a pretty laid back baby - as long as she gets milk and sleep when she wants them she seems to feel that life is pretty perfect. My wound has healed enough now that I can wear her in sling for short periods which is making outings far easier and Mikey is adjusting to being a big brother rather than the baby of the family. It's all good :)

With our new addition (Emma) to the family I've decided to take up blogging again. So much has happened in the last 16 months - we moved to Brisbane, Australia, Mikey's a big 2 year old already, we've bought our first home and now little Emma has arrived and our hearts are full to bursting.

Although I expect time to be scarce for the next few months as I learn to juggle being a mother of two, I will do my best to keep this updated.Hopefully I'll also get a chance to blog a bit about our first 16 months in Australia (which have been fantastic!), as well as Emma's birth.
